Made-to-Order Production
Every Ryan James Jewellery piece is crafted individually by hand. Because your jewellery is made especially for you, please allow 2–6 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. The exact timeframe depends on the complexity of your piece — for full details, please visit our Manufacturing Times page.
For bespoke and custom design commissions, Ryan will be in touch directly to discuss your piece, confirm any additional requirements, and keep you informed throughout the making process.
Dispatch & Delivery
Once your piece is complete and passes our quality inspection, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch are:
- Australia — 2–7 business days (varies by location)
- New Zealand — 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom — 7–14 business days
- United States — 7–14 business days
Please note that international delivery timeframes may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.
Shipping Costs
- Australia — Complimentary shipping on all orders
- International (NZ, GB, US) — Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order
Tracking
All orders are dispatched with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped, so you can follow your piece every step of the way to your door.
